Do quick coupling sets for external watercooling restrict flow significantly? e.g. if used on a system with a large radiator such as a 120.3 then would they reduce flow so much as to make it pointless going for something so large?

generally speaking, quick-fit connections are more restrictive than their tubing but if your cooling is limited by flowrate. you could make up for it by having a stupidly large radiator
