I think a few people have this family of product on here (Jansey B?)

How do you secure the aerial connection? I've got a DIN connection from the car and that slots perfectly into the HU but then it falls out shortly after (vibration y0). The outside of the HU aerial connection is threaded so I could secure it onto that but I cannot for the life of me workout what end I need. The manuals no help, any ideas? :)

So I didn't have this particular model or even one from its family. But I have had an aftermarket hu with this issue, it happened on the way home from the place that fitted it.
They simply taped it securely when we went back to get it fixed, it had been fine since.

I have the IDA-X311-RR [which is the same but with red rather than green LEDs]

the civic antenna wire didn't fit into the socket on the rear of the HU.

I needed to get a jaso antenna adaptor available from car audio places for about 99p

assuming the connection in your Teg is similar to my civic

yeah I think that's what I have at the moment looking at google images, I'll just tape it down see if it solves it

I have the RR too, it matches my clocks :D and why is it £30 more ffs? :p

so you have a JASO adapter? well in honesty, mine was a pita to get in the socket. I would be surprised if it came out of the socket easily.

the RR is the nice one imo, looks good with the red interior in my car so would imagine it suits the teg well too.

odd how yours is falling out if you have the right adapter
