Alt For Event Viewer: User Tracking

Im looking for a much better alternative for user tracking whos logging on where then remote-ing onto what, installing x,y + z as from experience Event Viewer can be hit and miss.

I would like a much better alternative, I did read a review somewhere of a good third-party alternative however this was well over a year ago and Id expect much has changed so any suggestions please ??
