alt+tab = restart HELP!!!

Done a new build for my dad, all is fine apart from when you try alt+tab out of a game or even if you hit the windows key, the system just reboots!!
Happens with both World of Warcraft & CS:S.

Can anyone shed any light into this ?!?!?!

E6300 @ Stock
1gb ram, soon to be 2gb.

Are you using the latest video card drivers or the ones from the CD?

Ones from the CD, not sure what version but when I finish work I'll get the latest Radeon drivers installed.

updating gfx drivers done the trick.
