happy new year first of all
anyways, We currently have Plusnet broadband and have since 2005, and they have been brilliant, their customer service is excellent and our connection hasn't once dropped out. Now where I live is shocking for broadband, this my exchange: http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/NDSGO
shocking I know. Anyways I have managed to get our download speed up to about 6meg with a lot of tweaking and it is pretty much stable, however due to being able to download stuff a lot faster, I am always breaking the usage allowance every month and at £1 per extra GB its expensive. I have phoned plusnet to see if there is another package we can move onto to get a higher allowance, but only their fibre packages have more, and I can't get fibre here.
So I need a new ISP! What would you recommend? Need 120GB+ a month and the customer support needs to be good! We currently pay around £20 a month so something close to that too please
