Alternative(s) to Deluxe Audio Strap

Hi all,

Does anyone know of sensible alternatives to the Deluxe Audio Strap given it seems to be impossible to find now (presumably they've stopped making them)?

Yeah they are discontinued.... They are still available but silly money.

Shame. Hope some third party steps up and designs something similar. I imagine the quest might have just a small chance of hitting big enough market share to be worth it.

Thanks, it is a shame. I might have to see if I can get "creative" with my printer and a set of headphone then (at least for now).

Want to spend a lot for a premium speaker, you could get the new modicap quest soundkit using the Sennheiser HD25's, but would be cheaper to pick up some used HD25 and add your own 3d printed adaptor. you can see it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbKfjj0K9ec&feature=youtu.be

The Koss porta pros seem to be pretty good value for money, most people say the audio is fairly similar to the original rift in quality.

I'm getting on fine with the standard strap TBH. I tried the counterbalance (battery on rear) mode and just found that added more inertia when turning head, so returned to the basic headset. I thnk I might be getting a tiny biot of neck ache from it, but I'm happy to build up some neck muscle
