Alternative Sat Nav for iPhone

I currently have an XDA which uses CoPilot 6 & does the job very well.

Next Week i'm getting the iPhone 3G but i hear that it uses google maps to draw the directions to your destination but i really need a voice based Sat Nav to guide me.

Question. Does anyone use or know a 3rd Party App for the iPhone 3G ? Plz give me a link.

There isn't any yet.

But apparently Tom Tom are creating one.

TomTom actually have an internal version working and have done since way back but as I understand it they're stuck in a dispute with apple over releasing it or at least they were in July.
