Alternative to ASUS AI Suite - Fan Xpert?

I used to run a customised controls for the different fans off my Sabertooth Z77 in my Bit Fenix case using the ASUS software. Having not done a huge amount of gaming since becoming a Dad 6 years ago and now working two jobs, I've been messing around with GTA a bit for fun and things are getting toasty now the summer is coming ... so I went to install the ASUS software again only to find it doesn't work with Windows 10 >sad face<

Is there an alternative to Fan Xpert which allows control of all the fans without having to run them from a hardware fan controller?

So far all the latest and beta versions have not worked, in the process picked up an internet nasty too. I've got the last version of AI Suite I downloaded a couple of years ago but that gives an error on running setup.exe . Eventually found a link back to ASUS support where they say the AI Suite has been pulled until Asus can fix it - https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/1035296

The version you've linked to gives the same error:

And file name 1.05.14 suggests it a 2014 version too?

Already tried the link supplied in the first post in that thread and still get the same error when trying to install, if I try to install the AI_SuiteIII_20180213\AI_SuiteIII_20180213\AISuite3_3.00.13\AppSetup\setup.exe I get a DIGI+ VRM install window for a second which then disappears and that's it other wise I get the "The model does not support this application" which is annoying as I just looked and the old version I had installed before doing a Win 10 upgrade was AI Suite 1.01.05
