Alternative to Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO?

I'm having problems getting one of these delivered (supposedly "in stock" but shipping delays of 1 week+).

My case is a Fractal Design Core 1100 so I'm height constrained. RAM is Corsair Vengeance LPX.

Can you recommend an alternative cooler that will fit?
