Alternative to EVGA Precision?

I have been using EVGA's software utility for months, it is very easy to use, contol fan speeds, set over clocks and make profiles Gets a 10/10 from me.

The only probem I have is when playing COD4, after a few minutes of jumping into a server I get kicked by PB for "illegal driver" or similar.

Can anyone help me find an alternative to EVGA? It's not a huge hassle closing down the program before going in game but I would prefer if i didn't have to.
 
Think theres some MSI program thats similiar...

PB is getting silly now - kicking for beta nVidia drivers, evga precision, if you don't keep fraps upto date (if you use it) and a number of other perfectly legit apps... and it doesn't even have the decency to tell you what its actually kicking for unless you research the obscure numerical part of the error... meanwhile I see people in COD4 still managing to cheat on a daily basis.
 
Just tried afterburner....does the same thing.
