Alternative to paper.li

I'm looking for an online newspaper aggregator, such as paper.li. However, I'd like it to be able to accept manually added urls rather than take automatic feeds.

Does anyone know of a solution?

Sorry - I wasn't being clear enough. I want to manually feed it urls, with the outcome being an edition that can be published with just the content of those urls, each bringing through part of the content. Sort of like Flipboard for iPad, but non-automated.
