OK before i begin, i know i know, there is no substitute for a good night of sleep/rest bla bla bla. It was just a catchy title to get you to look MWAHAHAH 
Ok so i relised iv put on about 2 stone in the last year and getting a bit plump. I normally combat this by dropping calorie intake by a bit and doing as many RPM classes as possible at the local gym.
Now my problem, my legs are aching and i cant work as hard as i want as i have done two classes in two days so far. I want to do another one tommorrow and the day after if possible. I get plenty of sleep (8-10 hours) and i eat well.
But i was hoping someone could give me some tips on what to do/eat etc tonight, tomorrow morning etc to maximise my recovery.
