Purchased the G7 (not the neo) and whilst the display is very nice, I have the scanline issue if I go looking for it! (not seen it in games)
setting the scaling in the desktop to anything other than 101 or 125% seems to fix it, anything on the market for £450/500 that's 240hz and a VA panel, unless there is an IPS panel with contrast to match the G7.
