Alternative to shooters?

Back in the day i used to play habbohotel/runescape.. :rolleyes:

Then i discovered CounterStrike Source and kind of drifted away from runescape. Recently i bought TF2 - enjoying it throughly but im missing the runescape bit from me. :p I dont mean i want to play runescape again, what im saying is are there any games simular to it where you level up etc.

Ive been told to keep away from WoW as i WILL get addicted to it. But then again, i already spend 3-4 hours a day on shooters.

yea thats pretty much true, i found wow more entertaining tho beacuse of pretty graphics but still same basic concept. but yea im getting a bit bored of wow tbh :P any other games?

If it doesn't have to be online then Oblivion is pretty similar to WOW (but much nicer visuals and more involving combat and quests) except it's offline and has a definite end, so there's no risk of a long term addiction.

I may try that - dont mind it being offline. Anyway for those times i get the internet taken off me i dont have to play with bots. =p
 
Two Worlds is a nice game, although a bit easy, I got bored because I had all the best stuff only half way through the game. Titans quest is also a nice RPG.
 
well i played 2moons till lvl 140 max lvl is 150 got bit bored because its lots of grinding i suggest wait till age of conan and we cal play together woohoo :D
