Alternative to Skitch (or foolproof method to move it from one Mac to another)

I use Skitch, I love Skitch. However, the later versions once it was taken over by Evernote suck and they suck badly.

I use the last pre-Evernote version of Skitch on my iMac but I'm building a new version of the OS from scratch and I'm having problems getting Skitch working on the new build.

I've copied the application and the .plist over but when I run it, it pops up and tries to "Updating your Skitch account" before failing with an error saying "Sorry, but there was an error contacting the Skitch server to setup your account."

I've also copied the Skitch folder from ~library/application support to no avail.

Does anyone either have a good alternative to Skitch or a suggestion as to exactly what files I need to move from one Mac to another to make it work?

The version I have is great because it supports very simple and easy to work with annotations, text, arrows, shapes etc. Anyone who's used Skitch will realise that it's a bit of a nightmare to lose it.

Thanks.

I love Skitch for the simplicity, I'm trialling SnagIt which looks as though it'll do what I want but it does so much more that I don't need. Does Pixelmator offer simple capture and share (via ftp) options?

If you can find that earlier version .dmg then I'm keen to give it a try but it might do the thing where it tries to update when it first runs. It's worth a go though.

Thanks, I've got both of those :)

The first one fails straight away and then closes but the second one gives me the error which I can accept and then it runs. It is a version with the Evernote integration but it hasn't removed ftp so I can just about live with that one. All I need to do is accept the error each time it starts.
