Alternative to Superhub 1

I'm on 100mb connection due to be upgraded foc soon, but currently they won't upgrade my SH1 on 100mb without tieing me into a new contract.

Whats the best alternative router with or without using the SH1 in modem mode? It must support persistent static ARP route, basicly not clearing the ARP table after 10-15 mins as I need to use it for Wake-on-Lan.

Just learnt Virgin are upgrading me end of November, will there new Superhub support the above?

They should upgrade you to the SH2 or SH2/ac if you're going up to 150mb? I'm on 150mb with the SH2 and it can easily handle it.
