Alternative to this case

This case is currently out of stock, and they have no info on extra stock coming in: Cooler Master Elite 430 Windowed Case http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-214-CM&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=

I want to put a i5 2500k, Probably GD53 motherboard and GTX 560ti.

Also want to try to keep costs low.

I think you will struggle on a budget around £30 for a quality case.

Are those first 2 significantly worse than the 430? Would it be worth me trying to track it down elsewhere to keep my budget down, or is that not really up to much either?

did you specifically want a windowed case?

if not then the antec 100 is a very popular choice. a bit more than the coolermaster, but it has a lot better cable tidying options (ie, it has cable tidying options)

Not particularly, someone just spec'd me that as a decent cheap case that would meet my needs.

I don't really know a lot about cases to be honest, so am not sure what specifications I should be looking out for.

Not significantly no, but they are still budget cases. But like Reaper said, Antec 100 is a common cheap case used, but for a bit more bang for your buck the HAF 921 as stated before.
