Alternative to Volume Mixer in Win 10?

Is there an app or something in Win 10 that can control volume of apps since Windows Volume Mixer doesn't?
My main problem is Now TV app if I want to play a game but still have Now TV playing on my 2nd screen I'm unable to lower volume of Now TV.

If I right click on the speak and click "Show volume mixer" i get sliders for different applications in Windows 10

Do you not get that showing up at all?

I get that but that doesn't control volume of downloaded apps from the Windows Store. Annoying to say the least.
I'll try the ear trumpet when I'm back home tomorrow.

Ah I didn't know didn't work with those, never used store apps so guess never noticed.
