Alternatives to Logmein

Hi, at work I use logmein rescue, which does what I need, remote support of computers on the internet as well as LAN/WAN.

What are the decent alternatives, bearing in mind the end user does not have any preinstalled software on.

at work we use webex (cisco), just requires a plugin to be installed. alternativly if theyre on your domain then just ms remote assistance.

LogMeIn is our choice and TeamViewer is the alternative. Teamviewer seems more simple to setup and get running when speaking to clients who have very little knowledge of Windows / Mac OS.
