Alternatives to Norton Utilities?

I installed Norton Systemworks 2006 on my PC a couple of weeks ago & I think its slowing my computer down.

As the only parts of NSW I really use are WinDoctor, DiskDoctor & Cleanup, is there another alternative to these programs that doesn't come with the rest of the software?

I use Avast AV and zonealarm for the firewall. For spyware removal I use spybot and ad-aware. Seems to work for me.

I use "TuneUp Utilities" to replace the tasks performed by Norton Utilities, and run Symantec AV Corp and MS Antispyware for the security side of things.
