Am i allowed to use Vista OEM

I've bought Windows Vista OEM along with all my computer parts and im just wondering if its actually legal for me to use an OEM version as it says its for system builders only.

I am of course building my own system but its not my profession or anything.

if you're building a system, then you're a system builder!

as long as you are making yourself a new PC from new parts, you are entitled to purchase an OEM copy of an OS.

Just remember if you upgrade at any point or build a new PC , you must purchase a new copy of OS.
