Am I at an ok temperature?

I'm just curious if my cpu is running 'too' hot.

Right now the PC is running:
Browser, with Iplayer (the snooker)
Was just talking on Skype.
And the steam application is just running in the background.

Speccy is informing me that it's at 42 C

I've checked before after some gaming, and whilst the room is hot and it was around 58 C I think.

Temps are perfectly fine, its good upto about 100oC will will start throttling itself around about 90-95oC
