MASTERWATT LITE 230V 600W Power supply.

Just upgraded Gpu from a 1080mini to AMD 6800 and getting the same or if not worse fps in my games mainly overwatch with a 240hz monitor.

This pc has been upgraded a couple of times by me without any professional help so it might look like some dumb upgrades.

Need helping to figure out what the problem is or if I need to upgrade something else.

That power supply seems rather questionable. The 6800 is a modern GPU and likes power. Not as much as the RTX 3800/3090. But I suspect that PSU may be part of the problem. Are the cables from one cable or two separate from PSU?

How old is it and watts the rating, 80 plus Gold?

I know the RTX 3080 has a recommended PSU of 750 watts. But it is not just wattage its the amps the PSU delivers as well.

Capped fps at 260. and have a 240hz monitor refresh rate is at 240, Fps is legit the same or worse just keeps going up to 260 down to 170 whilst playing sometimes even lower the same as my 1080. I feel like my 1080 was more consistent and jumped around less
