Am I being stupid? Can't install HDDs

Just got a PC build with this case: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/xigmatek-ares-1702-midi-tower-black-ca-105-xg.html

However the drive spaces for my 3.5" and 2.5" HDDs are far too big and there is no way I can see of attaching them. Am I missing something?

It says in description: "Internal 3.5” bays / Internal 2.5” bay: 3 x 3.5” + 2 x 2.5” + 1 x 3.5”/2.5” "

Seems the bottom cage will fit 2 x 3.5", and then at least 1 x 2.5" can be attached to the underside of the plate located in approximately middle height position. For the other drive locations just play about with your drives, matching them to all the screwholes you can see, also check for side-mounting possibly.

Adding to the above you can fit 1 x 2.5" in the base of the case directly below the GPU and another below the midplate on it's side.

Maybe you should have some drive rails that attach to the drives and slot into the cages in the case. Maybe you are missing them.
