Have finally built my sugo-01 [thanks for the great case Tute] with a G33M-DS2R 'board but i can't get any sound out. I have NOT connected the front sound bits.

Help please.

pugged the speakers in, turned them on etc

drivers, have you installed the drivers, configured the os to make use of the onboard sound card, made sure os sound is not muted etc.

just chercked an windows tells me i have no sound devices

Is it turned on in the BIOS?

anything highlighted in device manager as being a problem. Could just try installing the audio drivers again.

all you need to do is wire up the front sound as shown in this diagram blow

then jump into the Bios and check the onboard sound is enabled
it should be listed in the Integrated Peripherals> Azalia Codec

then install the motherboard sound drivers

note some cases don't use mic power so if there isnt 1 its ok
