Well as per the title really, I would like to see where I can go from where I am at and how to do ti safely really.

Here is where I am with my i5 3570k with a Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler - Black heat sink strapped to it.

IDLE temps- of 17-20'C (Cold room :D)

Intel Burn on High
4.2Ghz
1.164vcore under load- measured by cpuz (1.25vcore in BIOS)
58-60'C core temp- measured by core temp

between each run vcore seems to go up to 1.188v and temps drop back down to 44-46'C then it returns to the above during the run.

So really what I am asking is in my BIOS the vcore is set at 1.25 so is that what the mobo/BIOS is sending to the cpu as at idle cpuz displays vcore at 1.236-1.248V.

Just wondering if everything checks out ok with what I have and if it's all safe to up it a bit to maybe 4.4/4.5 safely?

Many Thanks

Nick

What your experiencing is Vdroop inline with Intel spec. You can use LLC to have less droop under load. Set a medium-high but not very high levels level to protect the CPU from instant voltage spikes when loading the CPU.

Your system is safe yes and you can push it further.
