Sorry for another help overclock this blah blah. Just wondering if I'm doing this correctly as it is my first time overclocking.

Spec:
i5 3570k
GigaByte Z77X-D3H
Thermaltake Frio Advance
8GB Corsair Vengeance LP
Sapphire 7850 2GB
Corsair HX650
Xigmatek Midgard II
120mm Zaward Golf II x2 - front intake
140mm Zaward Golf II x2 - Top exhaust
120mm Stock xigmatek fan x2 - side panel and rear exhaust

So from my understanding, I have to increase the multiplier and keep decreasing the volts until its stable in prime95.

So far I manage to get 4.4GHz @ 1.215v stable with 5 hour prime in small FFTS mode and just under 80 temperature wise. I managed this by setting the memory to profile 1, manually set the voltage, disable onboard graphic and left everything else on auto. But for some reason I still feel like I'm doing something wrong and that the voltage could be lower.

Here some screen shot of the bios:

Any help would be appreciated :D

EDIT -

The third picture I left out the side, it shows the multiplier set to 44
