Morning Mr Pack, if you have a sec could you please give these settings a once over and suggest improvements/tell me if I have done anything retarded :)

I'm running a 3820 @ 4.5 in a RIVG with Sammy Greens. Haven't put the RAM timings below as I'm tarded but their running at 2000MHz (9-10-10-28 1N) @ 1.45v and rampage tweak is at mode 1.

Looks fine to me. I would set VTT and VCCSA manually as this often gets over volted too high. So set both to 1.1v ish.

There may be more opportunity for improvement in RAM timings and perf. You tried 8-11-11 ??? Also by enabling Mode 2 this gives you a perf hike providing its stable. VDIMM I would set at 1,65v unless you care about electricity bills to the penny.

In RAM settings your seconds can go 5-128-auto-10-6-26-6-7. So initially try C8 1T and Tras 21 then what I suggest above for seconds.

Awesome, thanks man ill get the VTT/VCCSA set to manual and try tweaking the RAM timings more, I basically just copied the timings/voltage listed for 2000MHz off the OcUK product page.

Now clock it even more!

Hehe, I'll probably end up doing that sooner rather than later, never been the type to settle, I think my temps have some headroom, after an hour of Prime95 blend test my temps were 63c on the hottest core (or 62 according to HWmonitor) and under normal use the hottest core reached 53c during a long gaming session.
