Am i doomed

So last night pc was running fine

Turned it on this morning and no display

00 on the Q code

x99 motherboard and on the post lights the top one is solid red

I am not technically minded but from googling i am getting all sorts of different answers so i am completly confused.

It is not a system i am comfortable taking apart either as it is a custom built one from OC {4 years old }
Any advice would be appreciated.

Top light is the CPU, as with the 00 error code is the CPU not initializing, try clearing cmos, removing the battery etc.

Tried both of that and still nothing happens

I guess i am doomed..

Try this again but use the clear cmos jumper on the motherboard and disconnect the power from the wall. Leave it for 5 minutes before returning.

What psu is in your system make and model ?

Thank you for trying to help but i have tried all of that and nothing seems to work.

The system is the infin8 bought from overclockers in 2016 so now out of warrenty

4 grands worth of pc that now is only good for a paperweight.

Should have learnt my lesson when i first got it i was having problems with Blue screens etc sent back to them for repair and they said nothing wrong with it. now 4 years down the line it's knakered totaly by the look of it

@Rincewindle contact Overclockers see what they suggest, usually 00 error code is either a faulty motherboard, dead cpu or the psu not supplying enough power.

If it comes down to u needing to repair it, I can offer you my services free of charge (as it's my hobby) if u live in south outside London .
I suspect u have cpu, psu, or motherboard issue.
I'm sure your pc is ok overall.

Some parts Do break from time to time.
