Am I entitled to RMA?

I bought a EK Supreme HF Nickel Plexi block. I have no moved back to air cooling so I am to sell my watercooling parts. However, I took the block apart to check it and I noticed black flakes inside. Is this part of the current issue with EK Blocks and am I entitled to RMA it under the statement on their website?

With most EK blocks, removing the top will void the warranty (sometimes there's a sticker?). Unless there is noticeable flaking in the block I don't think you'll be entitled to an RMA, best to check the Nickel Flaking block in this forum for more info on what the damage should look like to warrant an RMA.

No warranty sticker with this one, there is an instruction manual for removing the top as well as changing the jet plates. I'll have a look through that thread though, thanks
