Ok, so I am planning to build my first ever computer and I just wanted to make sure that I have everything and that it is all compatible. I know windows isnt on there yet as im still undecided on which one to get. But as for the computer.. am I missing anything?

Intel Core i3-3220 3.30GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail

Toshiba (7K3000.D) 3TB SATA 6GB/s 64MB Cache - OEM (DT01ACA300) HDD

BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX Cube Case - Midnight Black

ASRock H61MV-ITX Intel H61 (Socket 1155) DDR3 M-ITX Motherboard

TeamGroup Elite Black 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (TED38GM1600HC11DC01)

OcUK Battle 450W Dual Rail High Efficiency Modular '80 Plus' Power Supply

OcUK 20x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM

BitFenix Solid Front Panel for Prodigy Case - Black/Pink

TP-Link 150Mbps Wireless N Nano USB Adapter (TL-WN725N)

Going to be using the computer for general use such as holding pictures, music, films etc. Will also be using it for work so need it hold accountancy software (and perhaps design software at a later date) also want to be able to play a few basic games on it ( not online games)

I don't really want to spend over 500 if I'm honest, so far its at 530 :/ want to try and get it down if I can.

Thank you so much for your help!
So will the combination I picked myself not play games like the sims etc?

Also is the AMD processor as good as the Intel?

The set up list you just posted - will that do everything I need it to do? And I think im going to go with windows 8 tbh just because there's not a massive difference in price regarding 7 and 8. 8 is the more modern one so makes sense just to get that one i guess.

I also have a question about RAM.

With the teamgroup Xtreem ram, its 2400mhz. The MSI motherboard only supports up to 2133mhz.

Should i change this or would it run at 2133mhz instead?

The only issue is that PSU is now out of stock, maybe look at the Seasonic branded ones.

Which would be the best seasonic PSU, im really swaying towards a modular PSU just so it looks neater, even if it puts me a touch over budget it should be ok.

If not what is the usual OC turnaround time for restocking for that XFX?

Because that ssd I currently have on my list is on pre order what would be the best ssd to get thats available now thats perhaps a bit cheaper but still good quality?

Also, would this be sufficient hono?

Corsair Builder Series CX 500w Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (CP-9020059-UK)

And finally, does the ssd matter that much? With the below SSD i wouldn't notice any difference to another or would i?

Kingston HyperX 3K SSD 120GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Drive (SH103S3/120G)

thanks for the help, nearly nearly ready to go!
