Ok about to do my first water cool system. (Going in to a TJ07 case.)

I have:

120.2 Rad
Pump
CPU block

I'm going to get this

Can i use the above to fill and drain the system. I still new to water cooling and could really use sum advice:

Of course i will be installing the loop as below:

Pump-----> Radaitor --------> CPU block -------> Res ------ Back to pump?

Any advice would be great.
