my idle temps on a stock cpu are:

37
30
42
42

0 to 3% cpu usage

are these temps not a little toasty for stock?

my room temp is prety average i think and when i go full load i prety much get 53 degres average.

Temps look ok, Full load what counts. Run Prime to check full load temps.
Also what software are you using to monitor temps.

only reason i am concerned is that i recnetly read a post online where someone said that stock cpu's running over 35, especially in 40's is bad when idle

and the stress temps are what i have already posted above

that shouldn't be a problem if its stock temps and a stock cooler.
If its a performance cooler, then its more worryable.

my e6300 is running at 41% OC with a perfomance cooler, and my LOW* load temps are freakishly high at 40-55C in a hot room. But that doesn;t worry me much as my full load temps are only <60C

Unless some here begs to differ with my temps. XD

55C is hot? Didn't bother me one bit when my Q6600 @ 3.6Ghz was touching 80C on intel burntest, usually topped out at around 76C in the summer with Prime95. I don't look at reported temps, i usually just keep it 20-25C away from Tjunction and never had a problem with any of my overclocks. Currently my 9550 @ 3.8Ghz tops out at 75C usually with burntest, 9650@ 4Ghz about 70C under water and my i7 920@ 4.2Ghz currently tops out about 76C under water as well. Prime temps are a few C under, never really more than 5C under small ffts.
 
just overclocked to 3.4 from 2.8 and the idle temps are the exact same as at 2.8 :P

under load it same as at 2.8 as well

little strange but its ok i suppose

also surprised to see my cooler (not really a perforamcne one but it isn't stock) performs the same as a H50 from what i seen above.
 
so your saying your load temps are the same as your idle temps? if so i would be loving that. or do you have the worlds coolist 920 d0
