Or should I just get on with it?

My Brother in Law Pete is 60 soon and loves Guinness so we decided to get him a personalised beer glass.
He's also a massive fan of the boring band C*l*p*ay (sorry about that) so we decided on a saying we always use 'Pete's Perfect Pint' and a quote from a C*l*p*ay song and to be honest the two go together.
Anyway this came yesterday so if you suffer from OCD don't look at it.

Others may be thinking it only cost £10 so stop moaning.

I've had to hit the bottle tonight because of the thought I came on here and mentioned C*l*p*ay.
I'm sorry everybody if I've spoilt your day.

However a result -

Hi Dave,

That's absolutely fine, a replacement has been arranged for you.

Best Regards,

Anna .

Wait, so you didn't specify what you felt was wrong with it and what you want changing!? You might say it's fairly obvious but that's putting a lot of faith in a company that sent it like that in the first place..

I never thought in a million years somebody would be so anal to want me to recite the whole email and not just the main bit :)
Go GD

Knock yourself out, is the grammar OK?
Yeah, I know I used a Z

Sorry, I was just concerned you may have only told them you didn't feel it was good enough to give as a present without specifying, thus placing your trust in them to recognise what you meant which, as I said, would have been a gamble considering it was sent to you like that in the first place. Didn't mean to come across as a dick.

No problem, you're forgiven even though you did nothing to be forgiven for :)
