Hi guys, my current overclock stands at this 255x11 at 1.4125v and my 2x512mb OCZ gold vX pc3200 running at 333 divider in bios and 200mhz on 2.9v, timings are 2-3-2-5 at 1T. So am i running my system in 1:1 or not? i have a sneak suspicion i am not so guys please give me a clue as to how i go about running my system 1:1.

Thanks in advance :)

i believe on asus motherboards you set the divider to 400 (for standard)
as for double checking if it is usnig a divider download cpu-z for windows, it'll show you the memory frequency and your HT speed for the processor, if they arent the same then its using your 333 memory divider, so say when you reach 250 with the cpu your going to be at around 200-210mhz with your memory.

No your not.

If your CPU is at 255Mhz then your memory needs to be at 255Mhz.
255:255 or 1:1
no i'm not saying that i was just sayin if the cpu is at 250 and you were running a 333 divider your memory would be at 200-210ish i wasnt saying 1:1 gives you that sorry for the confusion there :o

Why won't it? Have you tried? This RAM has good pedigree and is capable of 250Mhz+ Take the CPU out of the equation by dropping the CPU Multi to 6x. Set RAM to 1:1 divider and HTT to 200, HT Multi to 3x. Slowly raise the HTT until you become unstable. Try raiaing the vdimm at this point to a max 3.0v for now. When you run out of legroom and can't raise the HTT further start relaxing the timings. Try 3,3,3,8.

Test for stability. Let us know how far you got. We'll tell you then if more vdimm or looser timings are needed. If you make your target, great! Raise the CPU Multi back up and keep testing.
