Am I running my memory too slow?

I have a matched pair of TWIN2X2048-5400C4 in the system below. I have it running at the following

It says SPD is programmed for 4-4-4-12 but bios sets it to 5-5-5-15???

Frequency: 333
FSB:Dram 1:1
CAS: 5
RCD:5
RASP:5
Cycle time:15
Command rate: 2T

Should I be running this at 4,4,4,12?

Oh and at what voltage should I run it - 1.8V, 2.0V or 2.1V?

It should run at 1.9v, you can change to 4-4-4-12 2T if you want once you've upped the voltage. Benchmarks will get better but the real world performance will not seem any different.

I have it running at 4-4-4-12 now and doesn't seemt to make any difference.

If it doesn't make much difference in performance, why do people bother with memory like this? Why no just get bog standard memory modules?

Could I overclock it in a way that it would make a difference?
 
You won't see any difference between 5-5-5-15 and 4-4-4-12.

The main reason of getting fast memory is that it can keep up with CPU overclocks on Intel systems which don't allow the user to run the memory slower than the CPU's FSB.

There's no real point in overclocking your memory unless you are pushing your e4300 over 3ghz. Then it will happen automatically.
 
I would try 1.9v to see if it stays stable. 1.9v is the recommended minimum voltage for that memory.
