Someone is selling this cpu for this price and wants to use paypal
so if he gave me his email address and i paid this amount to him am i safe from being scammed ? as this would sale wouldnt be through flee or retailer. so im not sure if im safe ...

yeah guys thanks for the clarification though your right it could be a dead one or **** one lol going to wait and see and let it play out with prices once the 4000 series arrive october 9th hell might pick up a 4000 series instead...
just hope in the mean time my 3090 card can run properly with my 8700k @ 5.0ghz and my z370 mobo`s pci express 3.0 lanes lol

Well i dont plan on buying any more graphics cards for the next 2 years like i did with my 1080ti`s and they lasted me quite a long time so i want this one to be the same so i figure go for the fastest out there and pray it lasts 2 years + lol :D im sure it will with a 3440x1440 @120hz and 2560x1440 @144hz and 4k lg oled @60hz
i figure it should last me i have options :D + i like to jump generations makes the experience a lot better :D
