It was supposedly time limited to tie in with one of the trade shows. I believe the japanese demo is still up, though it's a different demo to the UK one, and quite confusing too

I'll check to see if it will still let me download it through account management when I'm home from work

Yeah it was some kind of limited demo that was only available to the end of August.
