Isnt the gpu core on thr 7800gtx suppose to be around 420? Mines showing up as this..

correct your core should be 430 i think? you haven tried OC'ing the card and knocked it down to 275 by mistake? i know its a dumb Q but funnier things have happened :S odd though your mem clock seems right at almost 600 :\
 
Yeah, could be 2d clocks. Quick google shows that the mem clock should be a bit higher as well. Download something 3d, like a bench mark, that you can run windowed (or a game). Put the card under load with that and see if the clocks jump back up.
