Hi all, I have a B2 ASRock extreme4 skt 1155 board, it's been great so far and I have no complaints. However, I would like to swap it for a B3 revision but the board was bought for me by my Dad for my birthday. He bought it from one of three places he uses for buying computer stuff (none of which are OcUK), he can't remember which. Anyway, he can't find the receipt, thanks in part to him losing all his emails when his HD died recently.

I spoke to ASRock today and they said they won't deal with people directly, you have to go through the store you bought it from, but obviously I can't do this. Am I stuck with the B2? Anyone got any ideas?

can you dad go on to the three website and check his old orders?

I would have thought this was fairly obvious. If you know it was one of three places. Just login to your account on all three sites and check order history. Or give all three companies a ring and ask them to look up recent orders.

Or as Panyan suggested, check your bank statements from last year. It's easy with online banking, or just go into the bank and ask them to check for you.

Asrock support doesn't sound to brilliant :( Don't have that problem with Logitech :p
