Am I taking a risk with only a 650W psu?

I currently own Seasonic S12 Energy+ 650W Power Supply which always seemed plenty but upgrades overtime might be pushing it?

C2D @3.6ghz 1.58v
X-Fi
4 x 1GB @900mhz 2.2v
5 x Hard discs
2 x 8800gts in SLI @ 640/1000
4 x Cold cathodes
4 x 120mm fans

I would just like some input as to whether I should make some changes or is it just fine as is?

I'm running a 600W on:

6000+
4GB RAM (tracer - lots of LEDs)
2x8800GT in SLI
2x cathodes
2x case cathodes
3x 80mm led fans
1x 80mm fan
1x 120mm led fan
2 sata hard drives
1 optical drive

And thats all very hunky dorey

The PSU should be easily capable, PSUs do get less efficient over time but even so it is unlikely to be overly taxed. Your signature needs a bit of an update though.

On the same PSU I am running C2D 6700 @1.52, 4 HDs, 2 DVD/Rs 8800GTX, 4GB RAM,10 120 fans and a water pump and various LEDs
