Am I too old?

42 here, still game regular and still go to 3 day lans at least 3 times a year, only thing i notice now is that i get RSI in my hands after 4-5 hours of say constant BFBC2 or similiar game.. other than that i still love online PC gaming :)

Tend to get bored of new games quicker now as in feeling like i've been here seen that and done it a lot, it takes a real game to keep my interest now after playing so many over the years ..

22 myself so I've got a long time left in me yet.

My best friends grand parents are in their 70's and have a PS2, PS3, a 360 each, DS each and a PSP. Needless to say they like their gaming.

37 , Still loving the gaming world , even hook up with my old man (60) on xbox live every now and then , less now i have come back to the PC gaming world since my new upgrade!! My eyes are still going strong after years of gaming :D

Gaming spans the generations, no need to 'retire' because of what others think. You enjoy it, that's enough.

My dads 58 and puts a good couple of hours into MW2 multiplayer per day whilst my mum watches the soaps. Each to their own

35.. from pong to crysis :)

you got to remember us oldies in their 30's are still part of the modern technological generation, we was there at the beginning :p

I'm in my 40s. It's mildly entertaining if people who spend hours sat passively watching a TV criticise me for gaming.

It's an issue if your wife makes it one, but that's true of anything. It might be a real issue, but in that case it would be the time spent not with her rather than what you're doing in that time.

Really don' know why it has to be an issue when you wife makes it an issue when you game?My wife is also a gamer, but on the other hand she likes to watch soaps like Neighbours,Home and away,Bold and the Beautiful...So PLEASE LET ME GAME:o

55 here :D, your never to old to game, still having great fun, wife love's her TV so get's to watch it in peace while l game.

29 (again) here, sometimes i don't game for a fortnight, then i'll be in TF2 every evening for a month solid.

It's great because the wife works lates and isn't here to tell me off. Don't drink, don't smoke, don't spend every evening at the pub, think i'm allowed to run around stabbing stranger.

She does however moan that i'm ruining the kids as they both play Portal on the 360 :D
