Hi there looking for some advice iv been with vodafone about 3 years now my contract im currently on is 24 month and iv 12 remaining

Recent issues:

Signal and call issues which they tried fixing by cutting my simcard off without notice and shipping me a new one (2 days no service)

Called again still having issues so they disconnected it from the network and lost my number (how) and got it back again a day later and reconnected it ( 1 day lost service )

Now iv been somehow charged an increase on my line rental without signing or knowledge of such to 65 pounds from my 41 i normally pay and they have escalated it today to get it sorted but iv had enough of there jokes and messing me around.

There customer services are nice people but won't actually resolve any issues im afraid i am having to call them and cancel this week as im fed up. Im not going to pay them a penny though as i don't honestly feel as i should as theyve messed me about so much.

Advice? Opinions?

Vodafone are useless. Only way forward is to hopefully get a good CS agent and hope they're having a good day. My recent dealings with Vodafone have been nothing short of shocking followed by lies after lies.

Mine are lies after lies and saying no to me. One on phone was just informed i will be going to trading standards and he's transfered me to an expert something now.

Escalated it up the chain and some experts are gona be in touch in 24-72 hours. No luck with them i shall be writing to ceo with a timeline of events and whats been done so far
