AM1 as a HTPC base?

Would an Athlon 5350 APU be adequate for a HTPC build?

The main use is just going to be audio CD playback and streaming music across network.

I can get a complete build (with free Windows 10) for £140.

Seems a steal?

Should be ok, I've got a Sempron powering a photobooth and it's coping with high res DSLR photos just fine so playing audio shouldn't be an issue. If no-one beats me too it I'll plug it in to my network tonight and test some audio streaming for you
