If you get them stepppings 3.5GiG is attainable with 1.5v-1.6v on good air cooling, they even will run stock Othos stable with 1.2v (default is 1.4v)
Mines tops about 3.3GiG but acts up sometimes, I'm getting a better stepping next, some 65nm 5600's with 8F code are getting 3.5GiG with 1.5v-1.55v
