AM2 ---> Athlon 64 price drops?

Quick question really, will the arrival of AM2 lead to prices falling significantly for current Skt 939 chips? I just wonder because I won't be heading for AM2 right away, and I'm looking at picking up a decent San Diego chip on a budget so should I wait a bit or not?

Price drop happened today, only a very minor drop from AMD but it all helps.

AM2 CPU's motherboards will all appear in the last week on May.

As gibbo has already said price drop has already happened and i think AMD are stopping production of 939 chips end of the year so they will prob go back up again like socket A cpu's did
