AM2+ Cooler advice please

need a good cooler for a phenom ii to fit into a small destop case

Define small desktop - do you have a model name for the case?

I have a CoolerMaster 335 which I could describe as 'small desktop' and it takes all 158mm of Noctua HSF with a few millimetres spare, y'see....

but it does not specify dimensions could you post some rough measurements?

15 inches high
15 inches deep
8 inches wide

any cooler really then upto about 17cm so the titan fenir should be fine although standing at 15cm
