Just a quick question - this thread may be the shortest thread in history. I'm looking to replace my stock AMD x2 3800+ AM2 cpu cooler with one from the site but nearly none of the cpu fans state they support AM2. Do 939 coolers work on AM2's? I'm guessing they do but just need confirmation!
Also, the 939/AM2 cpu fans seem to have these leevers that you push down and "clip" to the motherboard CPU holder. I'm using the AM2CPU board and it doesnt have these clips - I just pushed down the leever till it was tight and left it like that - it's secure and temps are stable - just want to check i'm not going to run into difficulty here?
