Am3/am3+ difference?

I have a amd fx4100 and asrock 990fx extreme 4 mobo

I've been looking at heatsinks, and my board is am3+

I was wondering what the difference with am3 and am3+ as they are way
More am3 coolers out there then there is for am3+

There is zero difference between the two, use the exact same mounting holes.
