I'm looking for an am3 mobo that can fit a titan fenrir without covering any ram slots.

You want the cooler mounted vertically and it wont cover the slots, at least not on the MSI 790FX-GD70

Check out some of the reviews, its a cracking board. Why are you not wanting to overhang the ram slots? Have u already bought ram that has tall heat spreaders?

I build my system with GD70, it is fantastic...best mobo for AM3 ATM...

I wouldn't mind a GD70. MSI seemed to have stepped up their game with their latest round of motherboards so now more smoking and popping mosfets when OC'ing.

That and the layout allowing for four dual slot GPU's to be used is great.
